Okay so first of all, this picture is from last night (Thursday night). Ty and I went to the store and bought some bird seed (finally) to fill our many bird feeders. Ty was more than willing to help and retrieved his trusty bucket and shovel in seconds. He raced to the back yard and I helped him fill this house to the brim with nuts, seeds, all the good stuff....

Then this morning, as I rise at the crack of dawn to start making some baked oatmeal for my little guy I saw a little rustle outside the fence. The past few mornings I've been seeing lots of deer and one morning even a few baby deer (fawns right?). So I caught a glimpse of something and focused in....and my eyesight was not failing me...look at what I saw...

So I grabbed the almost-dead-battery filled camera and snapped these shots. Can you believe it? A coyote. Eeek. That's RIGHT where Ty and I were standing just 12 hours prior! (Shudder.)

Anyway.....on to better and more jovial things! Marlo Ann Marie was baptised June 14 at St. Rose Church. With mommy, daddy, Godparents Dan and Ann by her side Father Barry baptised our sweet girl. Many family members and friends were present. What a day!

A few nights after that we got to spend some time outside before a lovely storm rolled in...gotta love that timed function on the camera. I'm so glad we caught this moment on film.

And then the rains came...Ty was ALL too happy to run laps on the deck, getting soaked the whole time!

He also included Banks in his fun. He would toss the ball onto the deck and Banks would chase it, with Ty closely behind him. He lovese his dog, can you tell?

Of course I had to steal this pic!

And this one...

If only I could quantify the amount of happiness he was exuding...it was priceless!

A couple days later Ty got to experience the childhood favorite past-time, playing with the hose. It's the cheapest, most inventive, original, fun, educational and rewarding toy on the market...(it's right up there with "stick" and "mud")...

Oh how good that felt :)

And on that very same night, look who came to visit Waterpoint Lane...

His inaugural BOMB POP! Let summer begin!

Bring on the smiles...(and the copious amounts of artificial food dyes, the stuff literally stained the skin on his arm, I couldn't help but wonder what a stomach must feel like when filled with that stuff!....eek. BUT, I digress.)

Mmm. Love times a million.
