So, Ty has discovered Skype. He now requests to "see GG" several times a day! I think sometimes he's so enthralled with the fact that he's seeing GG and Grandpa live that he forgets to talk, he'll just stand there and stare! It's amazing how much technology he'll grow up with.

"Hi Grandpa!"

Tom had off work the week after Christmas so we ventured out for a few outings.
First, it was to the Aquarium with GG and Grandpa.
Scuba Santa...

Who's boy are you Ty???

It was during Marlo's naptime, so she konked out in the sling, her favorite place to be :)

Maybe I should've titled this post "Grandpa's Boy!" Ha!

Another family photo op!

The very next day we decided to hit the Museum Center-the Cincinnati History part to be exact. No one else had ever been to that section (besides the kids and I), so we had a lot of fun checking out all the history of the city and seeing the Holiday Train display again. Here we are all taking a ride on the real street car. This was the first time Ty would even set foot near this thing!

<3

Ty, catchin' a ride :)

We decided to sneak down to the Children's Museum too because Ty was insistent on showing Grandpa the hammers! He got a little distracted at the play kitchen. Here he is serving up some goodies to GG.

After the museum we went right on over to Frisch's for lunch. Marlo skipped her morning nap this day and fell asleep right in the high chair with toast in hand. This was the first time either of our children have fallen asleep while eating, I was very amused :) Poor little girl :)

I guess the week's activities and the Holidays wiped Marlo out, she ended up getting a fever Saturday. It really konked her out for a few days, my poor little baby. Daddy did NOT have a problem kickin' back and letting her nap on him while he watched some football.

It was back to work for Tom this week and back to the usual daily activities for us at home, however this 20 degree weather is keeping us shut in the house, BRRRRRR! I'm ready for either a freaky warm Winter day OR a BIG FAT SNOWSTORM! Bring it on.
