(Ty’s Perspective)

Hello everyone, it’s me Ty.  You know, T-Y!  I figured since I’m in school now, I could write my own blog post.  So yeah, I’m kind of a big deal now, enjoying my time in school for 3 hours 3 days a week.  I’m sure the world just stands still while I’m away and that my mommy is just sitting around at home twiddling her thumbs until pick-up time, huh?!  I love my teachers Mrs. Louis and Mrs. Putman, and I experience “firsts” every single day.  In fact, just today, I had my very first fire drill!  My mommy said I could upload one of her pictures since she was spying on me early today before pick up time had her cell phone camera handy.

That’d be me in the Bears jersey!  Daddy made sure I was a faithful supporter of da Bears today at school.

So anyway, where was I?  I’ve been keeping busy with taking plenty of pictures too, so here goes…here’s a brief look at what I have gotten myself into in the past several months :)

I just laugh and laugh and laugh when I catch funny pictures of my ‘rents.  They’re a couple of funny people.  I have heard from quite a few people that my Daddy has less than stellar photography skills, let’s hope I’m well on my way to becoming MUCH BETTER than him, ha ha ha ha.

My sissy is a beautiful subject don’t you think?  Sometimes, as you can tell, it’s really hard to keep up with her so most of the time she’s just a blur or you see the back of her head!  I will also have you know that lately she thinks she can lay her grubby toddler hands on my camera as well.  I do my best to try and keep her away from it, but it never fails that my mom starts intervening and using words like “kindness”, “share”, and “time out”…ahem, moving on…

I also enjoy pointing the lens at my awesome family members! 

One night early this summer my Mommy and Daddy had a little dinner company, and I took it upon myself to serve as Event Photographer.  I’ve been asked to return for other parties too!

Sometimes I use what I like to call my toddler artistic license, I just let the camera kind of travel on its own path and I just snap away!  Some may call it sloppy, or accidental, or mistakes, but I say it just becomes kind of a collage of my home’s flooring :)

I do read my mother’s blog occasionally and if you do too, you probably have noticed that we went to Disney Buzz and Woody World.   I still think about and talk about that trip DAILY.  I have trinkets and stuffed animals and apparel and a million billion other things to remind me of all the fun we had there!  But my favorite thing of ALL was all of the memories we made…I can’t wait to go back (and I think that might be soon, because when I ask my mom EVERY DAY, “when are we going back to Disneyworld?” she replies, “When you’re four.”)

Well, I’m off to hop in the bath and bed, I’ve got a full day ahead of me tomorrow.  EVERYone keeps reminding me that tomorrow is Picture Day at school!  Geez, you’d think it was a big deal or something!
