Those few glorious days of “Indian Summer” we spent at the park! As soon as Ty got out of school we took a picnic lunch to Veterans Park and ran, stretched out, climbed, tumbled, hung, slid, swung, and just generally had good, open air fun to bid goodbye to the warmer days.

Chillin’ and Grillin’! (Ty was sooo proud that he figured out how to climb atop this grill all on his own-though, even I have no clue how he did it! He has lately become just like his Daddy when he was a boy-CLIMBING EVERYTHING!)

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving Ty had no school, so we took full advantage of that and stayed home in Jammies all day (and it was a perfect day for it because it was COLD and RAINY). So our cooking activity for the day was a Whole Wheat Pepperoni Pizza.

What a fun holiday we had, despite the FLOODING rains and cooler temps, we were warm in love with family and yummy food.
